We are also aware that there is a great
deal of personal information about our

ers that we do not want leaked or
made known to anyone else.
Therefore, we are strongly aware that we
must monitor and protect the handling

does not deviate from its original pur

through training of our employees
on the handling of this very important

and the establishment of an
information storage system.
In order to ensure that the Personal Data
Protection Law comes into full force on 1
April 2005, we have established the fol
lowing ‘Basic Policy for the Protection of
Person
al Data’ and all Tenkyo Corpora
tion officers, employees and subcontrac
tors are united
in their efforts to imple
ment this basic policy.

audit organisation to promote personal

any enquiries from you about the han

of your personal data, to the extent that
this is reasonable in light of socially
